On the deck, the outdoor dining area is a perfect place for grilling some hamburgers and spend some quality time together. Maybe even take a short stroll to Audubon Park, a delightful neighborhood park featuring grassy and tree covered spaces, basketball court, playground and picnic benches. A picnic basket is at the home, provided for your convenience.

PETS?
Two well behaved doggies may join you. They must be well behaved, housebroken, 1 year or older, plus they will need to be able to navigate the stairs off the deck to get to the fenced backyard. If your doggies do not meet the size/age requirements, please send the Host a note with some info about your doggies and special approval may be granted. There is a $40+tax pet fee. Sorry, no cats are allowed due to allergies.
PARKING
Most folks will find it the most convenient to park in front of the home on the side of the street. Off street parking is available behind the home. Additionally there is a *small* one car garage available for guests' use.
BACKYARD
The backyard is fully fenced. The home features a deck off the kitchen complete with outdoor lighting, privacy screen and propane BBQ - great for outdoor dining. It overlooks the gradual sloping back yard and has a stairway off it to access the backyard. Please note that the backyard is a work in process, grass and sprinkler system will be installed during the Spring/Summer of 2020. The front yard has full landscaping.
**This is a non smoking, non vaping home.** Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance. This home is professional managed, maintained and cleaned. All supplies are limited to those on hand.

Neighborhood overviewThe Comfy Craftsman is located in the Downriver/Audubon section of town, northwest of downtown Spokane. We are located about a mile from the Spokane River, 2.5 miles from Downtown Spokane, and a couple of blocks from the community favorite, Audubon Park.
Audubon Park is 27 acres of wooded and grassy spaces, playgrounds, splash pads, ball fields and basketball courts. You can also wander up to the school and utilize their toddler-oriented playground in their fenced-in play areas. Audubon Park is also a popular destination for events. On those long hot summer nights, you can sometimes enjoy an open air concert sponsored by Spokane’s Northwest Neighborhood Council.
Getting aroundIn our charming city, taxi service, Uber and city bus services are all available. We are within walking distances of Audubon Park, along with many restaurants.
