House Rules
- Minimum age for reservation: 25 years old
- Quiet hours - 9pm to 8am
- No parties or events
- Instant booking not allowed for local residents
- Registered Guests/Pets only are allowed.
- This is a non smoking, non vaping property. Violators will be fined a $500 cleaning fee. No marijuana, paraphernalia or illegal drug use allowed on the property.
- No tampering with the exterior security cameras and/or internet access
- Undisclosed guests or pets will be fined $100 per extra guest/pet. Violators must leave property immediately.
- A $500 refundable security deposit will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. Local residents a $1200 hold is placed.
-In the event any house rules are violated, the guests are subject to immediate expulsion from the property with no refund. Additional fees may apply.
LOCAL RESIDENTS must inquire with hostess about purpose for renting home and IDs for all guests are required. Instant Booking for local residents is not permitted without prior host approval.
